All of a piece: what makes us different — and why 1 January 2027 is worth the wait

Everything from one hand
Anyone marketing property today juggles half a dozen tools: software for the properties, a kit for the website, a system for the blog, a folder for the images — and a lot of manual work in between so that the same thing is written everywhere.
We are building it differently: one system. The property is maintained once and thereby appears on your own website — with search, map, shortlist and comparison. The website itself is created in the built-in builder, the blog and the media library live right next door. One change, one place, up to date everywhere. This very website you are reading on is produced entirely from that system — it is not a shop window, it is the proof.
Rethought rather than carried forward
Our estate agent software is not renovated legacy software, but a development built from scratch on .NET. The predecessor product ran on Joomla and therefore on PHP — we know every strength and every breaking point of that world, because we built in it for years. The new build has the same functions but not the same attack surface: the delivered website only renders, maintenance happens in the Windows client. That is the more laborious road — and the more honest one: no legacy burden, no compromises from the day before yesterday, and in exchange a modern base we can build on for decades.
Part of that is a standard you do not see but do feel: every change passes automated checks before it goes live — from code quality to tests that examine each building block on its own. Zero open findings is not a goal we chase before a release here, it is the normal state. Our workshop reports make that verifiable — including on days when something went wrong.
AI as a colleague, not as a sticker
“With AI” is printed on a lot of packaging these days. With us it is not an ingredient sprinkled on afterwards, but a built-in interface through which AI assistants do real work: writing and maintaining blog posts, placing images at original quality, keeping metadata and search engine texts current. This article — and every workshop report before it — came into being exactly that way.
And that is only the beginning. Our standard stays the same as everywhere: the AI works through the same verified paths as a human, with the same rights and rules — not around them.
Where we want to go
Our goal is bigger than the German market: a multilingual, international solution in which estate agents look after property — and not after servers, updates or backups. We take that on: the solution is offered hosted and maintained, operated by the people who built it. Short paths included: whoever writes us a wish reaches no queue, but the workshop.
1 January 2027
On that day we officially open the doors. Until then something happens here that you rarely get to watch: a product coming into being in public — week by week, report by report, with real mistakes and real solutions.
Why is the visit worth it? Because on 1 January you will not be inspecting a promise, but a system that has publicly proven for months what it can do. And because the best time to voice wishes is before the launch: whoever reads along and speaks up now will find their requirements in the product later.
