The estate agent website comes from the same system

What you save in the program is what your website shows. Property data, exposés, search and map come from the same software you work with every day. No second round of data entry, no editorial backend on the web that somebody has to keep current and secure. This site runs on SES RealEstate itself, with a demo portfolio of 62 properties.

What the visitor sees

Search

The search below is not a picture, it queries this site's portfolio. Radius search by postcode or town, filters for type, price, area and rooms, and whatever a visitor marks turns up again on the shortlist. The results are there straight away, without a detour to a portal and without signing in.

Exposé

Every property has an address of its own with a readable path, so search engines can index it separately. Pictures, floor plans and property descriptions come from the record you maintain in the program, and the mandatory disclosures from the energy certificate stand where they belong.

The person in charge is named on the property, not on a general contact page. An inquiry arrives as a contact in the CRM, tied to the property it came from, and not in a mailbox somebody copies it out of.

Map

The map fetches its map material only once the visitor agrees. Before that, no request goes to OpenStreetMap and no address from your portfolio leaves the site.

After that it shows the portfolio as markers and groups properties that sit close together, and those groups break apart as you zoom in. A click takes the visitor from the marker to the exposé. The markers come from the same source as the list, so whatever you change in the program changes here with it.

Newly added

What is saved in the program is on the website immediately. The properties below come from this site's demo portfolio and are delivered exactly as they would be for an estate agent in daily business.

Where the property data comes from

Your properties do not have to be entered again. SES RealEstate reads and writes OpenImmo, the format estate agent software and portals have been exchanging data with for years.

    Import

From your current software you export the portfolio as OpenImmo, with pictures, floor plans, energy certificate and mandatory disclosures. We read it in, and you see the result under a test address before anything goes public. Anyone working with our Joomla predecessor today comes across the same way.

    Export

The same interface reports the properties to the portals. You maintain them in one place, website and portal get the same state, a second round of entry is not needed.

    What you do not get

No editorial backend on the web. The delivered website only renders. There is no address where anyone could log in, and therefore nothing anyone can work through.

No extensions. No kit of third-party building blocks that somebody has to keep current. What the software does comes from the software.

No theme vendor. Your site does not depend on whether a third party keeps its product alive.

Maintenance happens in the Windows client at the workstation. Anyone who would rather say what they want than learn an interface uses the AI assistant. We work that way ourselves, our blog is written over the same interface.

    See for yourself

Search, exposés and map on this page are the same building blocks an estate agent website gets. The property list shows the full demo portfolio. SES RealEstate starts on 1 January 2027, until then we are migrating existing customers and pilots.

Please note: All properties on this site are fictitious. Addresses, prices, floor areas and energy data do not describe any actual properties, enquiries are not processed and no contract is concluded. What you see is our software's interface in action: search, listing pages, shortlist and map work exactly as they will later with real properties.
