Your website runs on WordPress, the properties arrive through an interface, and with every update you wonder whether everything will still be standing tomorrow. We rebuild your estate agent website, take the property data across via OpenImmo and switch over. For a typical agent website in a day.
We look at your existing website: pages, menu, design, property source. After that you know what fits into a day and what does not.
The AI assistant reads your site and rebuilds it in the new system: pages, menu, colours, fonts. A person checks every step.
Your properties come across via OpenImmo, with images, energy certificate and mandatory details. The same interface hands them back to the portals.
You see the finished site on a test address before anything is switched. Only once you agree does your domain point at it.
No editorial backend on the web. The delivered website only renders. There is no address where anyone could log in, and therefore nothing for anyone to try their luck with.
No extensions. No construction kit of third party parts that somebody has to keep current. What the software can do comes from the software.
One set of data. Property, website, listing page and contacts live in the same system. What you change in the program is online immediately.
Operated by AI. You say what you want instead of learning an interface. We work that way ourselves: this blog is written through the same interface.
Our previous product ran on Joomla. More than a hundred agencies still work with it today. It was not the product that reached its limit, it was the ground underneath: the market consolidated around a different system, and the foundation went with it.
Whoever builds on someone else's platform shares its fate, however good their own code is. We drew a conclusion from that. SES RealEstate has no third party platform in its delivery path: no extension ecosystem, no theme vendor, no editorial backend on the web. One system, one set of data, one party responsible.
We know the other world well enough to say so. We built in it for years.
A day applies to a typical agent website: home page, a few subpages, property list, contact, legal texts. A grown installation with a shop, a members area or two hundred blog posts we look at beforehand and tell you what it really costs.
We do not name a date we cannot keep. That happened to us once, and a second time would be final.
SES RealEstate starts on 1 January 2027. Until then we are moving the websites of existing customers and pilots. Sign up and we will get in touch before the launch and take a look at your current site. You get an assessment, not a sales mail.
